Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as a ja9 account holder.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Access to and use of the ja9 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. ja9 reserves the right to verify compliance with these requirements at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use a ja9 account. ja9 is strictly an adult platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or suspended from the ja9 platform, whether voluntarily or at ja9's direction.
• You must register under your own true identity. The use of false names, shared identities or third-party identities is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the ja9 platform, including cricket betting, live casino games, slots and payment services, you must create and maintain a registered account. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing use of your ja9 account.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and OTP codes — confidential. ja9 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• You must notify ja9 customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including members of your household.

KYC and Identity Verification

ja9 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any account holder at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Accepted verification documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladesh passport.
• Official bank statement or mobile wallet transaction record confirming the account holder's identity and payment method ownership.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ja9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits into and withdrawals from your ja9 BDT Account.

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard or Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your BDT Account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ja9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• ja9 reserves the right to reverse or hold deposits that are identified as suspicious, incorrectly processed or subject to a chargeback from the relevant payment provider.
• Deposit bonuses, where offered, are credited to your account alongside the qualifying deposit and are subject to the bonus terms set out in Section 5 of these Terms.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, ja9 may request alternative verification before processing the withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. ja9 may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of a verification review.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before any portion of those funds becomes withdrawable. Real-money funds deposited by the account holder are not subject to wagering requirements.
• ja9 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for withdrawal amounts exceeding limits set by ja9 from time to time, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

ja9 is not responsible for delays in crediting withdrawals caused by the processing times of third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank or card networks.

Bonuses and Promotions

ja9 may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to the account holder's BDT Account and may not be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable rollover process.
• Bonuses may only be used once per eligible account holder per promotional period unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• ja9 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as bonus funds unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise.

ja9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice. This includes adjustments to wagering requirements, bonus amounts, qualifying deposit thresholds or any other promotional parameter.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the ja9 platform. These rules are in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to available funds in the account holder's BDT Account at the time the bet is placed. Bets placed in excess of available balance will not be accepted.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet may not be amended or cancelled by the account holder. Settlement will occur according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a technical error, system outage or data feed failure affecting the accurate display or settlement of betting markets, ja9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to account holders.

Casino and Live Casino Games

• All casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. ja9 does not influence or interfere with game outcomes.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live game table are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed according to the game's internal logic. ja9 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the account holder's side.

Responsible Gaming

ja9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that allow account holders to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all account holders.

• Account holders may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, deposit limits may be decreased immediately but increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminder alerts may be configured by account holders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous platform use.
• Account holders may request a temporary time-out period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from the ja9 platform by contacting customer support at [email protected].
• ja9 operates a strict 21+ policy. If we identify or reasonably suspect that an account holder is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification and will void and withhold any winnings accrued during the period of underage use.

Prohibited Conduct

Account holders must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the ja9 platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account credentials to access the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets or circumvent any security measure.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other account holders or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including match-fixing or any form of coordinated abuse of the platform's markets.
• Attempting to access, probe or exploit any vulnerability in the ja9 platform's technical infrastructure, including its APIs, payment processing systems or game integrations.

ja9 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh where required by applicable law. Suspicious account activity may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Account Suspension and Termination

ja9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct set out in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request, or provision of false, misleading or unverifiable documentation.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any conduct intended to defraud ja9 or other account holders.

Where an account is closed by ja9 due to a breach of these Terms, ja9 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where an account holder voluntarily requests account closure in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the account holder's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ja9 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual materials, game interfaces and data compilations, is the property of ja9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the ja9 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ja9.

The ja9 brand name, logo and associated trade marks are the exclusive property of ja9. Unauthorised use of the ja9 brand, including in domain names, social media handles or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ja9 excludes liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings arising from or in connection with the use of the ja9 platform.
• Any loss or damage caused by a failure, interruption, delay or error in the platform's technical systems, including payment processing systems, game servers or data feeds, where such failure is beyond ja9's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from the account holder's use of or inability to use the ja9 platform, including losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

ja9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ja9 will provide reasonable notice to account holders via the email address or mobile number registered to the affected account, or via a prominent notice on the ja9 platform, prior to the amendments taking effect.

Continued use of the ja9 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and contact customer support to arrange account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between ja9 and an account holder, ja9 will endeavour to resolve the matter through its internal customer support process in the first instance. Account holders are encouraged to contact the support team at [email protected] with a clear description of their complaint before pursuing any other avenue. ja9 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
